Scholarships available at Arunachal University of Studies

Arunachal University of Studies offers numerous scholarship programs to promote higher education and support deserving students. These scholarships are provided by World Education Mission, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, and the Government of India.

Scholarships Offered by the World Education Mission:

1. Chancellor Meritorious Scholarship: Open to students scoring 93% in Senior Secondary or 85% in Graduation. It offers 100% tuition fee reimbursement across all courses, with a requirement of 80% attendance and 60% marks for continuation.

2. Gautam Buddha Scholarship: Provides financial aid for postgraduate programs in various disciplines. Applicants must have 55% marks in the previous qualification and income below ₹3 lakh.

3. Lachit Borphukan Scholarship: Dedicated to D.El.Ed. (Tai Khamti language script) students, covering 50% tuition fees.

4. Prof. M.S. Golwalkar Scholarship: Supports education students, offering up to 90% tuition fee reimbursement based on merit.

5. Nang Iksha Mein Scholarship: For courses like B.A., LLB, BBA, and MBA, with fee reimbursements up to 50%.

6. Prof. G.N. Pandey Science Scholarship: Rewards science students with scholarships based on CGPA or marks.

7. Prof. S.R. Ranganathan Scholarship: Aimed at Library and Information Sciences students.

8. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Scholarship: Provides up to ₹20,000 for law students.

9. Smt. Geeta Lochan Girl Child Scholarship: Offers 100% tuition fee sponsorship for meritorious girls from financially weaker sections.

Government Scholarships:

1. APST Stipend Scheme: For students with satisfactory attendance and conduct, provided by the Directorate of Higher & Technical Education, Arunachal Pradesh.

2. Post Matric Scholarship: For students with family incomes below ₹2.5 lakh, sponsored by the Government of India.
