For example, B.Stat and B.Math students are awarded ₹5,000 per month, while M.Stat and M.Math students receive ₹8,000 per month. MS in Quantitative Economics and MS in Library and Information Science students also receive stipends based on program norms. Additionally, PhD scholars are supported through institutional or national fellowships such as UGC/CSIR Junior Research Fellowships and Institute Research Fellowships, offering up to ₹35,000/month.
ISI students from economically weaker sections can also apply for fee waivers and additional government scholarships, such as Post-Matric Scholarships, INSPIRE, and those listed under the National Scholarship Portal (NSP).
